my eating habits - Can you believe that if a 68kg person ate 2 mince pies, one tablespoon of Brandy Butter and a 50ml glass of Sherry, you would have to do the following to burn it off: 58 minutes of running at a 10 minute-mile pace, then 97 minutes of Hiking and then 129 minutes of Golf.
